Hi, everyone. Today's class was almost a repeat of yesterday's class. Nothing new was taught, but today's class was interesting.

This is what we did in today's class:

1. Find the ratio of the shaded region to the total area.

2. Simplify:

a) (3/2)/(x/1)
b) (2/x+1)/(x+2/x²-1)
c) (2x+6/x+1)/x+2/x²-1)

3. Add and Subtract:

a) (2/7) + (3/7)
b) (5/8) - (3/8)
c) (1/2) + (1/3)
d) (2/5) - (1/2)
e) (3/5) + (4/7)
f) (11/3) - (2/1)
g) (4/x) + (6/x²)
h) (4/x+3) - (5/x-2)
i) (x-3/x²+2x-15) + (x-1/x-5)

4. Simplify

a) (x/x²-4x+4) - (2/x²-4)
b) [x²+2/(x-2)²(x+2)] - [2x-4/(x+2)(x-2)²]

And tomorrow's scribe will be.... *Jan Hong*
Sorry for any confusion and inconviences.
